"The property was as described and we had a great time. The host checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub kept the kids and adults happy. It is a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed hearing the sounds of the waves from the decks."

"Absolutely loved this place. Very clean and best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO rental. Great beach items to use. Fantastic set-up. The location was amazing - super short walk to the beach down the street. Loved The Salty Rim for drinks and eats and walking distance to many other great places. We will stay again."

"Absolutely phenomenal experience with this rental. The house was clean, updated, bright, and very well kept. It's not a brand new house, but lives like one. Every space felt very pleasant and fresh.My group consisted of two adults, two college students, and five kids aged 7-14. The house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, especially utilizing the living spaces on each of the three floors. The upstairs great room felt massive, even with nine people and there was plenty of seating. The dining table was huge and awesome. The ping pong set was a really nice touch, the kids loved that the first couple days. The kitchen was well stocked. With such a big group, we cooked quite a bit.The beds were very comfortable in each room. Especially the upstairs king. To the point that we were jokingly complaining it was keeping us from getting up early enough each morning. The outdoor pool was great. We used it a ton with the kids in the afternoons after beach mornings and they had a blast. We brought chairs with us, but the house came stocked with good beach chairs, two wagons, pool toys, sand toys, etc. Plenty of things for everyone to use. The beach was gorgeous and it was an easy walk from the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in Corolla. Especially because the property manager Sue is such a delight to work with. She was kind, prompt, and great throughout the entire experience. Five stars."

"Beautiful, clean and quiet place for a beach vacation. While not on the beach it is a short walk to the beach. Only 1 block with direct access with a side walk and ramp down onto the sand. Kitchen and whole condo well appoint with everything you may need. Would consider renting again in the future!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable home nestled in the heart of Corolla. We loved the layout of the house, the spacious kitchen and dining area and access to the hot tub. The kids and adults alike loved the rec room with ping pong and Foosball. The living room was the perfect place for our large group to play games, chat and relax. Amanda and Michael were excellent hosts and responded promptly to any questions we had."

"Just a few suggestions. Much needed maintenance , would definitely be more attractive to rent if outside was pressure washed. Inside was ok except some dead bugs behind curtains. Just needs a good cleaning. Upstairs washer has a terrible smell in it. And living room very hot maybe a mini split in that room would be nice.We loved pool and home is very close to ocean Beach is very beautiful and private."
