"Hot tub was great. Loved the decks and the short walk to the beach. Loved being able to sit outside and watch the wild horses and even see dolphins swimming by. Great communication with host. And was a pet friendly property that my dogs absolutely loved."

"The sulfer smell from the water was so bad my family became physically ill (headache, dizzy, nausea), and had to check out of the property early after just a few days. I own a property on a well and have stayed at several others, and i have never experienced anything like that.Im sure that can be fixed by treating the water, but its also pretty disappointing the owner did not offer any kind of consideration for us having to leave our vacation early. We have rented on vrbo many times and never had an experience like this."

"We had a wonderful time here with our teens and dog. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook and make dinners most nights. It was perfect weather and we saw wild horses a couple of times while we were here. We loved taking sunset walks. Melina was communicative and helpful and the check-in and out was easy. "
