"My wife and I love this house. The views are spectacular. Jo is great to work with and extremely responsive. The house isn’t too far down the beach so it is convenient to get to. If you are looking for a laid back beach vacation with horses and lots of dolphins, this place is for you."

"Excellent stay!! No complaints about this beautiful house at all! We had a party of 13 and everyone LOVED it! Beds are very comfortable,clean, & house is equipped with a lot!!. Be sure to read what they have( beach chairs/pool floats ect)because we didn't need pack all we did! Won't even look at renting another house if we come back- this one is perfect!"

"The house was great and had everything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The location is beautiful and the wild horses actually came into the yard. Everyone had a perfect vacation and Tracey is a pleasure to deal with."

"We loved the master suite with screen porch to enjoy coffee, ocean views, and wild horse sightings. Even washing dishes at the kitchen sink was lovely with the wild horses in the back one night. Many special moments to enjoy and remember from our family vacation. House was lovely and well equipped. Lush vegetation surrounding the property was so different from your typical beach vacation destination."

"I cant say enough good things about our trip. We booked this trip for our 37th wedding anniversary and brought all of the kids and grand kids with us. Unfortunately my wife passed in March but she had been so excited to see the wild horses on the beach that we all still went to honor her wishes. we had 7 adults and 5 kids under 5. The house is set up perfectly for a family vacation. a large kitchen with an open floor plan. a fantastic view of the beach from the front decks and sunset off the back decks. When we got there we were greeted by about 6 horses around the property. 4 refrigerators let us stock up on food and drinks. A nice pool to relax in before and after the beach. The host reached out to us a couple of days into the trip to make sure everything was satisfactory. On the hosts page they gave some suggestions one of which was a seafood boil which was amazing. the memories made here will last our family forever."

"This was our second time at this rental and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean and well kept and had everything we needed traveling with two younger kiddos and an older dog. The beach is close and beautiful with views from the home. The kiddos really enjoyed the screened in porch and the hot tub. Also many wild horses to see from the home and the beach. Would highly recommend- thanks again for extending your home to our family! We appreciate it!"

"We loved being close to the 4x4 beach. The property has plenty of space, a nice pool and hot tub, and a well stocked kitchen! The host is very quick to respond. A few nights the horses came right up to the yard! You can walk to the beach in 6 min or drive easily in 2. The house was very clean except there were a few bugs in the basement rooms but that’s likely just due to being on the ground floor near the bushes. There are two refrigerators/freezers. You really do need 4WD to drive on the beach and in the roads near the house since they will flood if there are any storms during the stay. Would return!"
