"Home and location were top notch! It was nice to be able to access the beach without having to drive. Please note grill is charcoal, not propane. Knowing this would have been helpful before arriving at the home. For the price it would be nice to have better quality sheets (100% cotton) than polyester and not have bleach spots all over them."

"Place was great. Could use more deck furniture so you didn’t have to move things around. But the furniture they had was comfortable. I did email about a leaky faucet, but did not hear back from anyone. All in all a beautiful place, would stay there again."

"We had an amazing stay at the ShoreHouse! The house and property were beautiful and was equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. The bed and all furnishings were extremely comfortable and made us feel at home.Rob was an excellent host, and his communication could not have been better. Check in was a breeze. We simply entered the key code to get into the house. The weather was perfect and we were able to enjoy all the amenities the ShoreHouse provided. The plus of this entire stay was that we were able to bring our dog along with us. She loved the stay as much as we did. Our four- day stay went by too fast and we did not want to leave. We will definitely stay at the ShoreHouse again next year, but we will stay longer. Thank you again Rob for your wonderful correspondence and a fabulous time!"

"Melina was such a pleasure to work with. The property was as advertised. The location is hard to beat. We stayed Sept 10-13 and had beautiful weather. The wild horses hung around the beach house for a few hours in our last day. Plenty of photo opportunities. We were maybe 3 minutes from the beach and had more beach space than we knew what to do with. The house comes equipped with most household supplies. Cooking utensils and dining ware. We’ve vacation all over and this was truly a remarkable experience. Communication with Melina was Top Notch. She understands beach life and went to extra steps to ensure we had what we needed. Make sure you have a true 4x4 as we saw many AWD vehicles stuck in the sand. Also bring non stick cooking spray. That’s my only true recommendation. The couches I wanted to steal. They were super comfortable and the master bed was just as comfy. We already miss it and want to return. We will see you next year “Parked in the Sand”! We’ve found our annual hideout. Highly recommended! We can’t say enough about this experience! Best weekend EVER!"

"The house was beautiful and super clean. The owners thought of everything you could need for a great vacation. We really loved being able to bring our dogs on vacation with us. It was just a short distance to the beautiful beach. We saw horses in the yard almost daily. James was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!"

"Great house, prefect location.We really enjoyed the down stairs additional kitchen and game room.Upstairs was great. We used the movie room at night more than we thought we would .Pool was nice , hot tub was great WiFi is a little tough but that’s an easy fixWe will be back"

"The house was everything it was billed as. We loved it. 4x4 beach(you definitely need 4 wheel drive and to air down your tires to get there). Removed from the hustle and bustle. We had horses in the yard every day. Under the house deck. Easy to walk over the dune to the beach, or hop in the truck and park at the water’s edge. If you come stocked with groceries and drinks, you could want to never go back into town."
