"We had an excellent experience. The place is well equipped and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were like new. The location is perfect and Corolla is a lovely village with plenty of places to explore. The big tip is get there as early as possible. The traffic thru Duck on move in days is awful. It took us two hours to go about nine miles. The beach was not overly crowded and guarded."

"Clean and comfortable rooms, well stocked kitchen, 4 fridge and 2 laundry areas! Has a great pool and hot tub, plenty of gathering spaces large and small for our crowd. Very responsive and friendly hosts."

"Our family enjoyed our trip so much and it was in large part due to a smooth stay afforded to us by Eileen. She was communicative, attentive and kind throughout our stay. The rooms are all spacious and laid out to where family members can be together or seek solace as needed. The kitchen was well stocked with items that enabled us to cook the meals we'd planned without any problems, except we couldn't find an ice scooper. We made do with large spoons and were able to enjoy our ice cream. Parking was sufficient for our 3 vehicles."
Pine Island Oceanfront Private Pool, Beach Access!

"Seasar's Palace worked out perfectly for our family of 17 (nine kids, 8 adults). The style, layout, and size of the home were perfect. It has a very dramatic yet inviting great room with extraordinary high ceilings. The 7.5 bathrooms, most of which were ensuite, were convenient. The fact that there were two of everything was fantastic (disposals, sinks, dishwashers, clothes washers, dryers, refrigerators). The beds were comfortable and the linens were fine. The towels and washcloths were of unusual high quality for a rental. Wi-Fi, A/C, water pressure and temperature were all fine. The pool has some discoloration to the paint on the bottom, but it is good-sized and provided a lot of fun, as did the hot tub. We had some confusion operating the TVs in that there were a lot of random remote controls, some in the wrong rooms, but we figured it out LOL. The beach was truly remarkable...best we've had in 50 years of frequenting OBX beaches. Broad, clean, uncrowded, with manageable waves, warm water temp, and water as clear as some Caribbean beaches. Our only significant complaint is that there were a lot of things that needed to be repaired or replaced--I'll send a private list with photos to the management company. None were show stoppers in themselves, but the number showed that there may need to be more attention to detail. All in all, it was a great place for our family."

"We had a wonderful time and loved our time at Purpoise Delight. The home was beachfront and access to the beach was next to the house. It was very clean, had a nice smell upon walking in (which the kids noticed), and calm relaxing music playing on the tv to welcome us. The communication with the property management company was top-notched and the owners were accommodating. We can’t wait to book another stay!"

"Bikini Bottom had everything that our family could have wanted in a beautiful beach home. The pool, hot tub and tiki bar area were perfect for still getting fun relaxation time without being on the sand all day. The very short walk to the beach makes this place all the better. The rooms and living areas were all very comfortable and very beautiful. Any of the multiple deck areas are perfect for morning coffee, mid-day lemonade or evening cocktails. Our dog was living his best life for a whole week, and we think the kids might have had some fun too. We hope this place becomes a continued vacation spot for our family in the future."
