"Very relaxing getaway to the mountains. The cabin was in the perfect spot to explore Nederland, I loved the local music at Knotted Root, hiking at Aspen Alley, and revisiting the Carousel of Happines. So cozy and comfortable to come back to this centrally located, beautiful historic home. "

Our family had a fun time playing ping pong and darts in the game room and then relaxing in the hot tub afterwards.The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. "The property has lovely views of mountains & trees. Rooms very comfortable; kitchen well stocked. Also very close to town. Five of us slept there, but 8 more family members came to celebrate birthdays one afternoon. It was very comfortable even with that many people.It had snowed several inches shortly before we arrived and the long driveway to the front door was too steep so we parked up on the road. We would definitely stay there again."

"This house overlooks the town and the reservoir, and it truly does only take 5 minutes to walk. Which is good because the parking space is up a steep little hump and we only took the car for hikes. Town has everything including a Nepalese restaurant and a few great little coffeehouses, a grocery, rock shop, circus carousel…you name it. The home is spacious. Two bedrooms are also spacious with queen beds (one has a pull-up bar if you like to do chin ups before bed). Third BR (full futon) and loft are more for kids, so we just put our youngest adults in it. Kitchen well stocked with cooking things. Grill works great. Nice deck. Internet is fast & solid. We locked our keys inside one day and owners took care of it right away. "

"Great little get away just outside of town. Very quiet and the neighbors were really nice. Everyone went above and beyond so that we could get the most out of this trip. We wanted to get away from the 4th of July Fireworks. Great for smaller groups, highly recommend! Thank you!"
