This stunning 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home perfectly blends modern luxury with coastal charm. The outdoor space is a true oasis, complete with a private pool and outdoor shower-perfect for rinsing off after a fun day in the sun. Walking distance to all of your favorite restaurants! GOLF CART ACCESSIBLE.



The Space:

This property can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Bedroom 2: King size bed

Bedroom 3: Twin XL Bunks and Twin bed.

Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs and new appliances. Washer and dryer ready for your use.

Property is equipped with your own private pool.

Outdoor shower and charcoal grill are ready for your use!



Guest Access:

You will receive an access code on the day of your arrival to retrieve your keys, which are located at the property. Once you retrieve your keys, you can go straight into the property to enjoy.

-HEATED POOL: **only heated Nov-April** PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB.

THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.





-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
