Staff are exceptional especially Joana & Irina in the hotel bar, both are real superstars!! Breakfast buffet style with everything you could wish for.     "We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of..."

"The room was a good size and we had a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. The hotel was in excellent condition and well maintained. Breakfast every morning had a large variety and delicious. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Would recommend."
