    "Nicely located with a great pool and garden with plenty of loungers and parasols. A short walk from a few beautiful beaches and 5 or 6 very good and restaurants/bars than are reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful and welcoming - not once did we see a member of staff walk past an empty glass or piece of litter without stopping to pick it up and bin it. Parts of the hotel are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and well kept"

    "We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of..."
