"Staying in a suite very large and beautiful, we were annulé to sleep before 3 Am. The music was so loud: even with all the windows closed and with ear plugs. At 2 o’clock , I complained about the noise and they said :tomorrow come to see us. The best place to finish the night was on the bathroom floor. The day after they proposed a new suite. It was quiet but smaller and old style (1970), a suite who need to be restored! Not a lot of sympathy from the staff regarding our bad experience. Other bad issue: Going to the pool at 7:10 PM, we were told that we can’t swim: they close at 7 Pm. Nobu for the first and the last time."

"Our first visit to Marbella and stay at the Gran Marbella Hotel & Beach Club was nothing short of exceptional. The level of service throughout our stay was genuinely outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the attention to detail across the hotel was incredibly impressive. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotless throughout, and offering a true luxury experience while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. From the rooms and pool areas to the restaurants and beach club, every part of the property is exceptionally well maintained. The location is also perfect, allowing you to enjoy everything Marbella has to offer while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. We booked this trip for a relaxing long weekend, and it delivered exactly that. The calm, luxurious atmosphere made it easy to completely switch off and enjoy every moment. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Huge thanks to all the staff for making our first Marbella trip so memorable. 10/10 in every aspect — we’re already planning our return."

"Breakfast is excellent. Plenty to choose from and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Option to sit outside Plenty of very helpful staff Well maintained pool are with comfortable loungers and a part of the beach is sectioned off for hotel guests. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped and bathroom is great. We were lucky to have a bath tub and a separate shower. Also lovely Molton brown toiletries. Great linen and super comfortable beds "
