"The house was located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and walking distance to everywhere downtown. Our host was very responsive and answered all our questions. We had pets, so having a yard was a great plus.The house is situated close to so many National Parks, monuments and hiking trails for miles. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this home again!"

"Couldn't really enjoy the first night.Because that weird neighbors walk around.Butt naked, trying to have sex with me and my boyfriend cearly was drunk and on drugs and let theor.dog pee infront of our padio door and the door was broke. "

"The 2nd room was much better than the first. It seems the 1st room had recently been 'remodeled' and there was no cover on the attic entry. The room had an intense musty smell and had some flies, perhaps from that open attic hatch. Staff was friendly and quickly moved us to a smaller room that smelled clean. The overall feeling is of a place that is well used and in need of more TLC than its getting. Couldn't lock the security bolt as the door is hung incorrectly. It would be a fair deal for the well used conditions at half the price. Solid two star facility, not worth the price at this time. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"This is one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, cozy and felt like coming home each day. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. All the linens and towels were very nice. The hosts were quick to repspond. Very convenient to Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients and within an hour of Durango. There is a side window by the carport door that might benefit from some privacy film."
