The rooms are clean and are in good condition, however one main complaint I have is that the hot tub they have advertised in this place doesn’t exist and there is nothing there, the pool is okay but doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned regularly. I would say for the money I have paid for this hotel - 7 nights I did expect a lot more and there is a lot to be left desired, however if you want a hotel next to the coast and also do water sports at the beach then this may seem like a suitable place to stay The staff here were very friendly and welcoming and did their best to help us during our stay, if you are going to regularly go to lisbon then I would suggest to just get a hotel inside Lisbon instead. "
