Villa Baixa is a lovely hotel right in the middle of downtown Lisboa, steps from the Santa Justa lift and Rossio Square, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Having the little kitchen available was great for breakfast and times when we wanted to stay in. We will be coming back for our next time in Lisboa!

We had a fantastic vacation and our stay was lovely. Very clean room. The check-in staff were superb and had the room completely set up for us after arriving from a long flight. Fantastic location; everything important within walkable distance. Would definitely recommend!

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Europe. The apartments are so clean and very spacious. The location cannot be beat. Most of all, the customer service was impeccable. Joseph, (possibly the manager?), was so lovely and helpful and accomodating, as were the rest of the staff. We will definitely return here.

Great location at the center of Lisbon. You can walk or catch the bus, train, metro or tram. Very close to the action on Praça do Comerćio. A lot of delicious restaurants and bars around. Highly recommend.

What i liked about the property was the location. It's close to major attractions and plenty of eaterys nearby. Easy to walk around and you can take the bus and train to Belem, Cascais and Sintra.

We have a wonderful stay at Villa Baixa. The location is amazing, we were able to wonder around in the core of Lisbon by opening the hotel door: everything is 5-20 mins away walking distance; the staffs are very helpful; the room is clean and spacious. They provided a free bottle of wine and supply mini egg tarts and cold drinks every day. We would love to go back next time
