  • Abaca House is a beautifully renovated three-storey home in a fantastic Cowes location, offering stylish interiors, a stunning kitchen, and a peaceful garden retreat, perfect for sailing stays, family getaways, or relaxing coastal breaks
    Set over three beautifully presented floors, Abaca has been thoughtfully renovated throughout to create a stylish yet comfortable coastal home. The ground floor offers a cosy lounge with a log burner, perfect for relaxing evenings, alongside a separate dining room and a striking, fully equipped kitchen that forms the heart of the house. From here, doors lead out to a stunning decked and gravelled garden, providing a peaceful and private outdoor space ideal for unwinding or dining al fresco. There is a lockable shed for storing sailing gear and bikes. A convenient WC is also located on this floor.

    Upstairs on the first floor, the spacious master bedroom features a sleek ensuite shower room with double sinks, creating a boutique hotel feel. There is also a further contemporary shower room on this level. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms, one double and one twin, thoughtfully arranged to suit families, friends, or groups staying together.

    As with many period cottages, the stairs are narrow, winding, and steep, please take care.
