9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,062 reviews)
The room was clean, comfortable and good size. The upstairs bar was a nice touch and the breakfast offerings were excellent. The staff was helpful and the hotel offers a discount at the nearby parking garage. The hotel is within walking distance to the Market area with restaurants, etc.

8.2/10 Very good! (120 reviews)
I had a bit of a time getting in. Whatever was supposed to load on my phone would not, so I had to call the number outside (there’s no one on-site) and they were able to help me get in. It was a bit weird sleeping in bunk beds in my 50s, but the mattress was good, and the room temperature was controllable, which I much appreciated (I like a cool room), and the bathroom was nice. The TV remote batteries had died, so I emailed the hotel, and someone immediately brought new ones over, The staff really are very good.
