The staff were excellent especially the guys in the restaurant, real people you could talk to and were very attentive. Makes such a difference

Generally nice hotel, however, we were woken by heavy machinery on the floor above us, either a drill or jackhammer which was very unpleasant. Mentioned it to staff, expecting a partial refund to be honest, as it ruined our morning in the hotel room, but he just said it was probably coming from next door.

Lovely two night stay at the Loch Fyne Hotel. Staff were welcoming and cheery. Spa treatments were incredible and I have never felt so relaxed! Food was lovely, perhaps slightly expensive but just my own opinion. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities like the pool etc but wish I had as it looked like a beautiful space. Room was cosy and ideal for what I needed. I found the bed a little too soft but that’s personal preference. The chairs were a little tatty and could do with being updated. The TV was not smart, so couldn’t cast things to watch on the apps, but again, a minor thing. All in all I would rate highly, and enjoyed my time away from the hustle and bustle of home life.
