Me and 2 friends came down for the weekend to watch the FSU football game and this place really impressed us. It was super clean and comfortable. It really felt like home. We definitely recommend it and will be back again for sure.

Great location and clean!

We had a great stay in this clean and modern home. The fenced in yard and natural setting were a plus. It is also very close to Tallahassee and the beaches of the Forgotten Coast. We would definitely stay again!

Ideal location

Kathys cove is ideal located for all area attractions from Shell Point to historic St Marks. Plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and amble porch space front and rear. Anyone wishing to visit this area of Wakulla county I would highly recommend

Very nice home

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable home. I loved it, my wife loved it, and the dog loved it. Wish I could always find a place like this when traveling. This rental is highly recommended!

Four friends from GA in Crawfordville for fishing. We chose this home over a hotel and could not have been more pleased. The home was the perfect place for us to share meals and enjoy each other's company after long days on the water. Cozy, comfortable, fully-stocked, and exceptionally clean—it had everything we needed and more. We could not have asked for a better home base. Happy to recommend and hope to return soon!

The house was perfect for the five of us. With all the comforts of home including a large patio. The bedrooms are a good size, each one had a tv in them, the master suite and a large bathroom, there's another bathroom by the other two bedrooms. Ceiling fans in every room, the living room, kitchen and dining room were spacious, also there's a washer and dryer, I defiantly recommend staying here.

Perfect for Us

We really enjoyed the back deck for visiting and coffee drinkingThis was the perfect place for us to stay and prepare food to take to a family gathering in Crawfordville.The beds were comfortable with large tvs in each room. We hope to explore St. Marks on the water down the road next time we are here. It was all about 3 sisters getting together this time.

Just what we wanted

Great property if you're traveling with a dog! Hard surface floors throughout and a fenced in yard....big bonus! Property was very clean and comfortable. The on site washer and dryer would have been very handy if we were staying longer.

Christmas 2024

It was my year to spend Christmas with my youngest son. We have dogs and needed a place that would allow dogs. This place has a fenced in backyard. While the fence is low it is sufficient for small dogs. We found the place was well furnished and appears to be new. It is close to Crawfordville.
