"Easy check in, quite clean nice room with all the facilities. Good dining options in the actual hotel as it’s so larges. Very convenient for Gatwick South."

"The staff, especially Kat, were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism would be that in order to take advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby, you had to get a mug from your room first. Being on the 6th floor, this was a bit of a pain."
