    On-site parking for 1 car is available to share. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Shared bike and ski storage and a shared electric car charging station are available. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



    The property is in the center of Cremeno, 100 m from the bus stop and shuttle service to Piani di Bobbio/Valtorta and Artavaggio (5 min). Barzio center is 700 m away, and the sports center is 500 m away. Lecco is a 15-minute drive, and the eastern shore of Lake Como and the ferry to Varenna are 20 minutes away. Kitchen use for stays under 3 days is available for an extra fee. The owners live on site, but not in your accommodation.
