Located in the beautiful sea side town of Crikvenica with a beautiful view of the sea. This modern Villa is equipped with 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a well-equipped modern kitchen and dining room. One bedroom is located on the ground floor

the other 4 are on the first floor. In the yard of the house there is garden furniture, a swimming pool, and a barbecue. The house is equipped with garage for two cars and enough space in front of the garage for two more cars.
