"Spa gloomy, steam room smelt of damp and no private changing cubicles. Afternoon tea was terrible with stale sandwiches and little filling. Room had comfortable bed but no phone to contact reception, no robes, no AC, no fridge, heated towel rail didn’t work. "

"Great room, only issue we had was a strong smell of sewage coming directly from the toilet itself (this will require looking into; room 204) which kicked in later into the night; we didn’t realise the bathroom door was open and so the smell came into the room which was quite unpleasant. Closing the toilet lid and door did help somewhat, but it was unpleasant when using the bathroom. But otherwise the room itself was incredibly clean and great decor. Shame about the lack of dining options on site. "

"Great and fantastic check in staff who also helped us with the online parking. Location is the best for shopping and eateries. Big room with nice smell whenever we entered the room. "
