"Nice large room - two double beds - sitting area with sofa and two chairs - tv - room was clean and quiet. Easy check in - reception staff always attentive and polite - easy check out - parking just beside hotel with parking paid in hotel for overnight stay "

"We have stayed in this Exact Hotel on previous occasions after travelling down from "Bonnie Scotland" to visit our Family who stay in the Area but who unfortunately have no spare room in their house due to their children occupying their own bedrooms . We always find this Hotel very Clean and Tidy , and the staff all very polite as well as welcome and obliging to help with any request or queeries if we have any. We find the Reception staff always have a smile along with a "Good Morning/Afternnon/ Evening" on our return or a "Have a lovely day/afternoon/Evening" as we leave, particularly from the Senior Receptionist who has worked there for a number of years now and who we joke about being built in with the foundations lol. Will we return??? Yes, on our next visit to our Family in the Area, we will once again book into the same Hotel in Bexley (Black Prince) so we know our Stay will be comfortable as usual. "The check-in process was easy and the staff very welcoming. Our rooms were very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Tea and coffee supplies were in the room and in the comfortable “library” on the ground floor. It is an interesting building that is close to shops and restaurants. "

"Staff were really lovely and cared about me and my stay. I was able to check in early, which was a life saver! As id been travelling for a long time! Other resudents were reapectful with noise, and the sound from the bar below was easily resolved with some earplugs, so i managed some great early nights. I didnt have breakfast, but i was permitted to eat my takeaway either in my room or in the pub, they provided plates and cutlery. I will certainly book there again "

"Patricia was a great host. I contacted her before my visit and she was always prompt to reply. She gave me some great hints on the local public transport which definitely facilitated my stay. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again "
