"The hotel was absolutely ideal… right from the very start with Sara who checked us in… she was “Outstanding” down to earth, knowledgeable, polite & courteous. Rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was superb. We will definitely be back. The real “Stars” were the staff… Everyone we met & engaged with.. Perfect Ambassadors for the Brand… Adam, Leo, Courtney to name but a few…"

"Whilst the staff on reception were very polite and pleasant. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Dated to the core, the room had damp by the windows, poor lighting and an uncomfortable bed with an ill fitting headboard. Fire alarm going off at 2am was horrendous. The walls are so thin you can hear next doors TV and toilet habits. There also seemed to be a large foreign contingent staying who were very loud and disruptive."

"Four off us stayed for a 1 week, the hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful, our room was very comfortable, bed was very comfortable. We did have a problem trying to get into our room, the key card did not activate and had to go to reception several times for new card. If we had 1 problem, it would be most helpful to have a handrail going up the steps to main entrance."
