Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice. Most of all, the service truly stood out: every member of staff was attentive, welcoming, and professional. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay.

What a great place to stay. We enjoyed the apartment, clean and well maintained. The check in was easy and the location was very convenient for us. We also we grateful for the parking.

Room was small, but very clean and nice. Separate rooms for shower and toilet, which is convenient. Centrally located in Glasgow across the street from the central train station. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars closeby.

The location was great. We felt like royals staying in a castle. We were treated like royals as well. The dining experience was great. Breakfast was delicious as we ate at sunrise over the loch. The Christmas decorations were very special. Overall would recommend over and over
