"The hotel was very nice. A little dated, but the room was large. It did bot have a suitcase holder, so the suitcase was on the floor. Breakfast was good."

"The shower was absolutely filthy. Body hair etc. I called twice to have it cleaned and eventually had to walk around the hallways looking for staff to assist. Emailed GM. Totally unacceptable cleanliness and response from staff. "

"The property shows signs of age in many ways. There was a wedding the night we stayed and so that was fun. The pool was incredibly over-crowded and the roof was leaking. The fitness center wasn’t working because it was broke and the roof was leaking in there as well. The breakfast was okay. The bar was also okay. Overall average. If you have a car look into parking via spot here at Burlingame airport parking which is less than half of what the hotel charged and it is a nice little walk along the bay to get to the parking from the hotel."

"The hotel has a very gracious entrance which is well planned. My first impression was of relaxed refinement and welcoming comfort. The staff is well trained, friendly and efficient. The restaurant has delicious food and the staff works seamlessly to deliver and attend to every request. The room was above average in all regards. Hilton is my choice."
