"Amazing"

"We could not find the airport shuttle when we left the airport, it wasn’t very clear where it stopped so we ended up in an Uber. We also didn’t bother with it on the way back because it didn’t align with times we needed, not the most useful shuttle. The room was very clean but definitely only had the bare essentials. There was only a small bin in the toilet, none in your room, which was slightly difficult. We also could not get the aircon to work at all. We managed it for 2 nights in Feb, but it was very stuffy and noticeably hot at night. Couldn’t even open a window so that was difficult. The location is a bit far out from the centre but we knew that upon booking. Was about €20 for an Uber into the centre for reference. Also could have done with a mini fridge or tea/coffee facilities but the room was basic. Wifi was good, but tv had no streaming capabilities. Felt like a safe area, the public spaces of the hotel are nice, but it could use a separate reception desk as it’s quite hectic in the lobby/cafe/bar. "

"Great stay at this hotel. After I checked out, I didn’t realize I had left my phone in the room. The staff found it and kept it safely until I could return to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. The location is also very convenient — close to the metro, not far from the railway station, with many restaurants nearby. The Prado Museum is right next to the hotel as well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!"

"A spectacular stay in the perfect spot. Everything was impeccably clean, the atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, and the rooms are very comfortable. But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Madrid. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel. Loved the room with a great view of the Gran Via, the staff and the location. Only issue we had was our room was right next to the elevator and we heard the elevator going up and down at all times. Rarely was there much time the elevator wasn’t making noise. Didn’t complain because they were nice enough to give us the room very early in the day. Other than that loved the hotel and would stay again. I would just request not being near the elevator. "

"Excellent location in the city center with easy access to public transportation. Room was clean, nice and spacious. Hair dryer sucked, something to be improved. The view from the 360 restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was stunning."

"Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. 10 euro w bolt to airport. Breakfast was very good! Staff friendly. Located near a number of cute restaurants which we went to and food was very good. Train was 8 minute walk. Would recommend and would stay there again!"
