"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

"Place really needs an update as everything seems really old and worn off. Kitchen was basically falling apart and had ants. Bathroom canal was smelly and the wall around the door including the door were all bruised and chipping off. "Just got back from an amazing seven days at Baobab and was so sad to leave ! We stayed in a 2 x bedroom suite with pool and was perfect ! My brother was recovering from a major operation so we hardly left our suite and didn’t need to as got food delivered from room service which was really good and not far away was a mini market to get drinks etc the spa was brilliant too as my brother had a couple of massages , the staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need...

"Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays...
