"Excellent value for money. Walking distance to Ipswich Football Club, town centre, waterfront and the train station. Free off road parking. The room had tea & coffee making facilities and a microwave. The room was large and a heater to allow me to heat it to my preference. The staff was very polite and friendly. The property is a little outdated and worn in areas. I guess this is what keeps prices low returnees would want more comfort it it was a higher price. However it was very comfortable and budget friendly for 1 night."
