"The property was clean and initial communication was very good. The property was close to my relatives which made it an ideal location. Unfortunately the information regarding the WiFi was inaccurate. I was not able to access WiFi for the duration of my 8 day stay. Initially the support team tried to help but they were not able to solve the problem or to provide an update of what was happening. "This is a large, beautiful home in a nice community though there were many issues with the house that were not resolved until almost the day of departure. We sent many messages to the agency regarding missing items and appliances that did not work. Little or nothing was done despite continual promises by the agency to address the issues. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. "

"Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eng, hellhörig und abgewohnt! Es wurde nie renoviert. Bequem kann es mit maximal 4 Personen bewohnt werden. Sehr einfache und knappe Ausstattung der Küche. "We have now stayed with La Mer Homes in Ayia Thekla 4 times and the service each time has been faultless. Very responsive to any questions. In a previous stay a water pump went and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Great company, would highly recommend from all our experiences."
