The property is in a fantastic location. We walked to An Bang Beach each day and loved all the restaurants nearby. Our room was a great size, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the loaner beach baskets. Onsite buffet is delicious. We didn't love the pools and pool surroundings. The main pool with swim up bar was fine, but definitely not something to write home about. The secondary pool area felt rundown and needed a fresh coat of paint and some clean up. The hotel is split into two separate buildings with a few homes dividing it, which was a bit strange and there is construction you walk past to get from the 2nd building to the main building. Overall, it is a nice resort and the staff is excellent. The location is perfect and while I was disappointed in the pool, the beach proximity was fantastic and that was where we spent the majority of our days. I recommend staying here and if I go back to Hoi An, I would stay here again.

We are here on a four day visit to Hoi An. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is incredible. The rooms are lovely and big and tidy. It’s in a great location with a lovely pool. We’ll be back.

Beachside paradise
Aira was the nicest place we stayed in Vietnam in this price bracket( and some higher!) Perfect chilled beach atmosphere, meters from the beach. The best breakfast by far. Quick drive into Hoi An via Grab. For us being able to go back to Aira after the busyness of Hoi An was perfect. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious(we had the balcony room). The pictures are accurate. Can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was very comfortable with great beds and pillows- breakfast was great with multiple choices including eggs anyway you wish. (Butter was terrible taste which impacted toast/ croissants). Staff was amazing especially Maya who went beyond great service every time.

Beautiful location. Very clean and well maintained. Delicious food at restaurant and at very reasonable prices. The best thing about this hotel however is its staff - such kind and accommodating people. Everyone is so very friendly and do their very best to help you enjoy your time here. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I am sad we weren’t here for longer!

Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay at Aira Boutique. Jack, the pool barman, made great cocktails and was very friendly, as were all the staff. Nothing we would change apart from perhaps the breakfast choice being more varied. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely stay again.

Nice space!
A great stay at Aira - staff are very welcoming and helpful, breakfast is tasty and in a lovely venue at the outdoor restaurant. I did not try the pool bar; the pools themselves felt a bit too cozy for me and I opted to spend more time at the beach. I must have misunderstood that they had a beach space, but in fact the only beach chairs and umbrellas are owned by beachside restaurants. You can use them with any purchase, though honestly I did not see that enforced at all. I had an attic room that stayed a bit warm, but was a really nice space complete with a balcony. They did offer a to-go breakfast when I left because it was so early, but it really wasn't appetizing. Overall, very good experience.

For how much you are paying compared to other places close by, the communication from the front desk regarding a tour I booked through them could have been better. The laundry service I was told would be ready by 5pm then it changed to 8pm after I had already given them my laundry. It was a good stay and it was great having a pool and access to the beach. The rooms and showers were large and comfortable. Overall a great stay with a few disappointing parts of the service.

Very charming hotel 50m from An Bang Beach in Hoi An. The hotel is kids and baby friendly. My wife, my 3 months old son and I spent three nights there and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time by the sea.

Had an amazing upgrade to the suite, can’t fault the decor or the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. The pool was a nice place to chill and enjoy a cocktail. Also great breakfast. Only negative is the their beach area is basically deserted due to Covid I assume. It’s actually nearer to walk to the restaurants next door (Shore Club or Deckhouse) and then you might as well just hang out there. But overall excellent. Will always choose Aira in the future!

The staff were so incredibly warm and friendly on arrival and were also kind and approachable throughout my entire stay. My room exceeded more expectations, with beautiful decor and amenities. I also appreciated the environmental practices, like glass bottles of water and other actions put in place to promote sustainable behaviour to care for the environment. The location of this venue was also exceptional, as I could easily walk to a range of excellent eateries, the beach and it was only a short taxi ride to old Hoi An town. Based on my experiences I would definitely return to Aira Boutique Hoi An Hotel & Villa!

Lovely place with the warmest hospitality We have just come back from the most amazing holiday at Aira Boutique at An Bang Beach. The service was absolutely first class, with every member of staff going out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you could need, and we stayed for 3 weeks, so it really was a home from home. Breakfast was breathtaking, with a great range of dishes on the buffet as well as freshly cooked from the menu. The location is perfect: a footpath through to the magnificent beach; shops, bars & restaurants close by and a short taxi ride in to beautiful Hoi An. We would like to thank Maia and the team for making our stay so memorable - we will be back.

Absolutely loved this hotel! My favorite part of the whole trip and would highly recommend it. Staff is extremely attentive and personable. Small hotel with two building separated but a couple houses. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Outdoor seating in a beautiful setting. Very peaceful. Great place to relax. Located on a quiet street. A min walk from the beach. You can get bicycles for free and tour the area.

What a wonderful boutique Hotel. Almost don't want to review as want to keep it a secret 😀. Our room was lovely, could have done with chest of drawers & that is the only negative of our stay. Bathroom was so big it echoed. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Hot & cold food, eggs cooked to order. All the staff are really helpful. Beach only short walk away with own sunbeds marked Lea's. The food in Restraunt was also good. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay xx

Love love love this hotel!
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are not exactly on the beach, it’s located just 2 mins walk away from the white sand beach. Lots of great food options in the hotel and outside, Rooms are tastefully decorated and you can use their bicycles for free. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and will return here the next time I’m in Hoi An.

Great family holiday!
We loved our stay at Aira Boutique Hotel at An Bang beach. The room we had in the attic was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The beach itself was steps away and although it was unbelievably hot during our stay, the waves and swimming were a welcome respite! An Bang beach was very clean and although the hotel had a private section with beds and umbrellas there was also a good choice of beach front restaurants to choose from where beds were included. We also visited some nearby restaurants but also loved the hotel restaurant too. Hoi An is 15 minutes away by taxi and is absolutely charming to wander around and very well kept. Lots of shopping opportunities! All in all we loved our stay and the staff at the hotel were amazing! Would love to return.
