the breakfast buffet was over 35 minutes late on the first day and on the second day... there were people WAITING for food to be put out an hour before breakfast was to stop. I've never had this to happen at a hotel before. It was very frustrating when our plans were delayed because the breakfast buffet was empty.

The room was clean but I did think it is outdated. I was expecting more since it’s the Hyatt . Room was nice and quiet. The only thing I noticed that concerned me was the gap above the door. Oh and the $7.00 parking fee.

I like the style and quiet environment of this accommodation with a kitchenette. The staff is warm and friendly. The cleaning work is also good. I will choose to stay here next time if I visit Dallas.

Room is only cleaned every 3 days… so trash builds up along with dirty towels. You also have to go to front desk every day if you want new towels/ toilet tissue. Room also had a musky smell. One day front desk didn’t even have fresh towels so we had to go to Walmart and buy some… my overall rate is 1.5/10

Overall the property looks very nice. I was shocked that it was more like an apartment complex than a hotel. I did not see anything online about having to climb stairs. Luckily they had a first floor room and parking was right outside the door. If I had to carry my luggage up the stairs by myself, I would have been very angry that this was not made clear when making the reservation. The rooms are convenient for a longer stay. The queen room had double doors and one could not close because there was not enough room between the bed and the door. The closet was filled with shelves which is nice but no room for a hanging bag.

I've never seen such a beautiful property be absolutly trampled by a completely inept staff. While I think that all the staff with exception of a few are good there is an over all culture of noncomunication and no continuity between shifts. I had gotten a few rooms for family that was coming into town for a operation I found out I needed last minute for a brain tumor. Some of them stayed at my house and some at the rooms since i couldnt put up everyone. Because the nature of my surgery was very last minute and rquired specialist i wasnt given an exact time so i would get rooms day by day. No problem all modern hotels can keep your card on file and charge as they see fit. After being there 5 days I learned that rules where only followed, enforced, and even communicated to you depending on the staff member there that day. Breakfast at the end of the week was down to only a fraction of what they offered at begining because they according to a staff member, "save money by under ordering supplies" I imagine this is why even at 4pm some days they were out of towels and clean sheets. I had to go up to the office to get them if i wanted them and once i was told no we bring those to you. When i told them the last shift said come to front to get them they all just said nothing till one admitted we dont have anymore. I had to make a knew reservation for every room everyday through a third party because i never knew who would allow my banks visa card to be used or wouldn't.

Upon arriving with my prepaid room I was Informed they didn’t have my room .. I told The sweet front desk lady that two rooms was fine so she was able to put us in two rooms but with one bed in each room .. my reserved room was a suit with the rooms and three beds We do have a pull out couch .. perfect Call to the front desk No sheets for it ! So so frustrating! The front desk lady was apologetic but the room situation is not ok !

Building has fallen into disrepair - peeling paint on the exterior, damaged light fixture in the unit, water temperature in the shower is difficult to regulate, shower door is hard to open and close, mildew is visible, furniture is damaged. The apartment style is different and seems nice at first, but feels a little unsafe.

The Property was Perfect Place to the Addison Area the only Dislike was the T.V was not up to Date like the Smart T.V where you can play your Netflix & Apple Apps

Okay but… place but needs cleaning outside the rooms as there was litter and an ironing board (!) on sidewalks and at room entrance. Needs deep cleaning in the rooms, our place was not vacuumed. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom don’t look nice, but there were great towels. Our toilet was turned about 4 inches off center, really weird! It would be EASY to make this place great but it falls short.

Extremely Rude Front Desk Person
Upon arrival, the front/ lobby door was locked so I rang the bell. The front desk person & who I would later find out was a guest made eye contact with us, then continued speaking to one another. After about a minute, I rang the bell again as it was freezing (literally) outside. The front desk person spoke to me (loud & seemingly annoyed) through an intercom system and said “I see you, so you can stop ringing the bell. I am with a guest and I am one person.” I was very surprised at her exclamation. I went back to my vehicle to wait because as I mentioned temps had dropped down to freezing around the DFW metroplex. In any event, my overall stay was great but I just thought I would bring this encounter to your attention.

There was a long black hair on the sheet in my bed. Disgusting. And there were two police SUV’s and 3 police officers in the lobby responding to some type of complaint when I checked in. I will never stay here again.

Poorly run by nice people.
When we got there, they checked us in two rooms. That were both completely filthy. They literally hadn’t been cleaned. The third room they gave us had no soap, no towels, no tissue. I had to go get it from the front desk in the morning. The only thing good about this property was the staff was really nice.
