"An excellent hotel."

"The air conditioning was broken and the room was too hot to sleep. You couldn’t open the small window as it was so noisy outside. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff nice. But we didn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hallways. Awful stay. "

"Good location and a nice big breakfast. However, it doesn’t say in the description of the hotel, that the spa and the outdoor pool only are for people in the nude. We were not allowed in our swim trunk/bikini. As we are not nudists it was an unpleasant experience."

"Needed a stay for 1 night while on the road. Booked online. Arrivedto check in, staff member was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge my arrival, and, once iff the phone, continued working at his desk. 2 men arrived, and with that, staff member got up to assist them first, but they stated that i was ahead of them. He was sullen and as unhelpful as could be. I filled out the paperwork and we went up. The room was basic, it could definitely use some freshening, fresh paint and upgrades to the sad...

"Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken."

"FANTASTIC. However at bit wird when reception staff asks if we are on the right floor (penthouse)…. 🤔 …. We assume it was due to our travelling clothes however still a word feeling beeing welcomed like that… Celebration of women’s day started with a glass of champagne 🍾 for the women.. 🙏 "
