"After booking and traveling with my handicapped 75 year old mom for her b day trip we found out we were on the third floor, three flights of stairs up, walk up a steep hill. The shower had a deep edge which she couldn’t get into and the pool was closed in June. Front desk said they could move us to first floor if we stayed the first night on the third floor. We checked out after an hour, no receipt, NO REFUND FOR ANY OF THE NIGHTS! We went to another nearby accommodating hotel. The manager did not help, or refund any of our stay. We could not have my mom physically stay there, I was very disappointed and we spent our first night in Asheville trying to find a new location. Not a great start to our celebration."
