"Good location for exploring Vienna. Easy access to public transport etc. The apartment had everything we needed. Excellent communication about how to find it and get in. Absolutely no complaints, recommended!"

"We had to call the guy when we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive, we then came into the hotelroom which was freezing and called the guy again to tell that the heater doesn't work which he said he would fix. We then came home late hoping for at warm room, which was not the case and has to fall asleep with all our clothes on under 3 blankets as we froze all night. "
