Paved terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children.. The lower ground floor of a newly built detached property, set in an elevated position with the most stunning views of the town, Kingswear, the river and out to sea. The property is presented to an exceptionally high standard and has a dining table and chairs in the dining area and large bi-fold doors from both main rooms out to a large and very attractive paved terrace.
