"Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return."

Wonderful cottage with the most beautiful surroundings located in South Devon
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Devon. Truly a little slice of countryside heaven. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, welcoming and full of character. Every room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) for relaxed family meals. The location was perfect – peaceful and tucked away, yet close enough to explore nearby villages, towns, crabbing, beaches and a local farm shops. The children loved the garden, with the swings and treehouse. We enjoyed our mornings with a cup of tea in the garden were idilic. The hosts were absolutely lovely – thoughtful and responsive. You can really tell they care about creating a memorable experience for their guests. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already dreaming of when we can return. A true gem. I highly recommend!"
