What a lovely hotel - super clean and the staff were really friendly! The building is one of the oldest in Dartmouth, giving this great historic feel.

Elegant and welcoming

Lovely touches in the room, handmade soap, face cloths, earplugs, little goodie bag on checkout. Team were all amazing. Lovely breakfast served with great coffee. Great spot right on the cove where you can sit and watch the boats come and go.

What a fantastic stay we had. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the room comfortable. A 13th century building beautifully redone in the heart of Dartmouth. You can't go wrong staying here.

Excellent NY break

Staff very welcoming and helpful! Breakfasts delicious. Lovely extra treats in the room. Felt let down when trying to reduce length of booking. Hotel were fine to amend but hotels.com app was a pain! Location of hotel great for food and drinks. Dartmouth Arms next door lovely too.

Having stayed previously, we booked the Neptune suite, for 3 people and our dog. Breakfast and service were first class. Because we were at the top of the building, the roof blinds were useless, letting in light and not fitted properly, def needs replacing, in both rooms. Not enough storage in the small bathroom, especially for number of people.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean, well appointed rooms, very central and on the river. Only initial issue is getting to the hotel on the one way system in the town and finding a place to park but once done everything else was excellent.

The property is in the heart of Dartmouth an undoubted beauty spot .welcome and staff friendly and helpful. The Mountbaten suite is lovely but is slighty noisy being next to the kitchen and above a pub

The room was very nice the staff were phenomenal and the food was excellent. You definitely know you are staying above a pub, with a kitchen that is upstairs next to the rooms. Funny enough that did not bother us so much. However the parking is definitely an issue.
