"The staff are helpful and did give us an upgrade . But the place is in desperate need for repairs. Showers and toilets don’t work very good , you have to flush multiple times and hard to get a good temperature,grab bar missing bolt ,and the rooms look rough.Ran into other people with the same issues. And we heard that the boss is a cheap and belittling man I would not recommend this place ."

"A lovely estuary view balcony room enhanced by the late April sunshine. A beautifully fitted overlarge bathroom with feature bath and rain forest shower. Quality bramley accessories. Quite happy not to pay extra for the cooked breakfast as the continental version was comprehensive. The car park was tricky but the helpful steward organised our space satisfactory. The estuary view is superb and we would heartily recommend the hotel even for a few days despite the high cost."

"What a lovely hotel! The view from my room was amazing. The room itself was stunning and had all the extra touches that make your stay memorable. If it had been warmer I would have sat on the welcoming balcony, looking out to sea. Lovely location and stunning hotel. "

It’s not a hotel holiday stay they refused me my refund back the place was grimey underground is definitely cleaner !! Staff are useless piss takes I had insurance and still refused to pay me my money back after a week Of constant calls I finally got my money back !! Don’t trust this place !!"
