"Adequate parking for my large Van, beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff on arrival at check in. The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and all the usually amenities. "Host was very welcoming even made sure we had arrived safely, the lodge was very comfortable and well equipped and perfectly positioned for what we wanted and where we wanted to be, even though next to a busy pub we wasn't disturbed and if we didnt want to drive plenty of buses or walking distance to lots of different beautiful sites, definitely would stay there again "

"We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family."
