"Can I just say how helpful and friendly the lady on reception was,we didn’t get her name but know she was Scottish. She made sure we had a suitable room as mobility was an issue and made sure all dietary requirements were sorted out before breakfast, she made check in Quick and easy, nothing was too much trouble. "Ignore the bad reviews. This is the second year running I’ve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful it’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area as it’s being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. "
