"Condo was beautiful, clean, quiet and not crowded at all. Host was responsive and friendly. Parking was close and convenient. My only two minor complaints were pool temp and checkout. We booked this place specifically for the heated pool, which I confirmed would still be heated for our dates, but both pools were too cold for us, and another family there who were also surprised by the temp. That was a big disappointment for my kids. Having to run AND unload the clean dishwasher seemed a bit much. We had to either get up an hour earlier than planned and wait around for the dishwasher to run breakfast dishes with antsy children or just skip breakfast altogether, in order to run it the night before, which we did. This was a requirement I've never seen in other rentals where you just load the dishwasher, start it, and leave. "

"The deck, swing and location are fantastic, price is good and the hosts are very responsive with answering questions. It was great having a washer/dryer with all the sand. But, it would have been nice to know a few things before arriving. The place is in need of cleaning, repairs and refreshment. The rugs and carpets need steam cleaning and repair. Some of the blinds are sagging badly and one fell off the wall when we tried to open it because the bracket was dry rotted. (The hosts told us they are about to replace blinds when we told them it fell.) There was mold behind the blind and at the bottom of the shower stall. One of the kitchen drawers needs repair and one kitchen towel was just a rag. Some of the walls are dirty and in need of cleaning or a paint job. And the beds are very soft, which may or may not be your thing. The owner is very kind, but we just wish we'd known about these things before renting the space."

"It was a wonderful cond. The condo was well stocked with towels, and cooking utensils. Very quick communication with property manager. Resort personnel was vert friendly. Great view of the ocean and it was in an ideal location for walking to the local restaurants. Will definitely be back. "
