"The guest house is nice. The property owners live on site and were very friendly. Very good value for the location. On a well so water pressure isn't great and there is no laundry available, not sure why the listing said it had coin laundry, I guess technically every property has coin laundry somewhere nearby, but I wouldn't list this property as having access to laundry. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautifully renovated condo about 100 steps to the sand. We never made it to the pool as we would have had to drive, but it didn’t matter as my girls were beach obsessed.So many lovely features. The condo has a single serve Keurig with a few pods to get you started. It has a microwave that also can be used as an Air fryer. We didn’t use that feature, but I thought that was neat. The balcony was peaceful and enjoyed all weekend long. All the guards at the gate were so sweet and helpful during our stay. The property managed communicated swiftly. Again, fantastic trip in a fantastic condo! Will return!"

"We were in town for my brother's wedding and it was great to have a house large enough for many of us to stay together. Definitely provided a "family feel" over everyone staying separately in hotels. Every room was so clean & comfortable & well stocked with extra pillows/blankets/sheets/towels - honestly everything we could think of & needed. All of the pictures matched the online description exactly & the host was super responsive and easy to work with. Also loved the outdoor and garage areas for our group, as we spent many hours there together and I was so glad to have entertainment options for the kids especially. We made good use of the provided coffee machine & air fryer for busy mornings and late night snacks. Overall it was a really great stay and a great house and perfect for what we needed! Don't hesitate to book!"

"This was our second visit to Julie's lovely property. Located steps to the ocean where we searched for (and found) shark teeth and a short ride to the tennis facility for our annual charity event. Wish we had more time to relax at the condo! You will find everything you need, kitchen with ample supplies for cooking, bathroom (with extras in case you forgot things), plenty of sheets, towels and blankets. "

"We were visiting for The Players and this was a perfect location. The villa is comfortable and enjoyed being on the golf course. The villa is well stocked and communication with managers was great. Would highly recommend this villa!"

"We moved this candy for a seven week stay while at the Mayo Clinic. We moved out after three because of the musty smell. It’s in a great location but definitely needs to have the old carpet removed and couches updated"
