Renting a boat and a fishing pole is our favorite thing to do. Don't worry they will show you everything you need to know. It is best if you have driven a boat before, if not I'm sure someone can help you.

Plenty of things to do after the sun goes down, miniature golf, movies, ice cream and shopping. Going up to the main street pier to see the Bandshell is a lot of fun, with plenty to do in one location.

Would Love to Rent Again

Loved being on the first floor and being able to walk out to the pool deck with the beautiful view of the beach and ocean!Loved the indoor layout which was very functional and uncluttered. The kitchen was the highlight.

Remarkable place! Spotless! Walk out your sliding door, down the steps to the deck and then the ocean. Very quiet area of no drive beach. Owners are very responsive to all requests! Will definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacation

Our stay at the Shores Club was absolutely wonderful. This is the third time we have booked with Terry and Cathy. They are attentive and have such attention to detail. Our units were clean and beautiful as always. Daytona is our favorite family vacation destination. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay on the Beach

Condo is well laid out with plenty of room for socializing with friends in the kitchen. First floor location was fantastic, no waiting for an elevator. Kitchen was one of the best stocked with appliances, gadgets, and utensils of any place I have stayed. Communication with owners was spot on. I will definitely choose this location again on a return trip.

Fantastic vacation; terrific hosts

This property is awesome. Fantastic location, conveniently located right on the beach. With 2 toddlers under 3 close proximity to the beach was a necessity and this condo did not disappoint! It was stocked with all necessities and many extras many times not included. The unit was beautifully decorated and clean. We loved it and will be staying again in the future. Thanks Terry and Cathy for a facilitating such a great experience for our family vacation.

Our Best Vacation in Years!

After vacationing at New Smyrna Beach for years, our family decided to try something new. From the moment we reached the top of the bridge into Daytona Beach Shores, we knew we had made a good decision. Our family rented two condos from Terry & Cathy Smith and we couldn't have been more pleased. They were in regular contact with us, responded quickly to our questions, and their check in process was so easy. The units were beautiful, spacious & had everything we needed. The welcome gift was so sweet & much appreciated. We highly recommend them and look forward to renting from them again.

80th Birthday Bunch

We were looking for a first floor walkout with an oceanfront view for my mom's 80th birthday celebration that would accommodate the sisters and daughters and one dog. This was the perfect find. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for a few friends to sing Happy Birthday and have cake. Terry and Cathy have a lovely bright and well maintained condo. We'll be back again!

Lovely, comfortable beachfront condo with spectacular views!

This condo is extremely well cared for & maintained. It is decorated tastefully & the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the patio & it’s gorgeous ocean views. Beds are very comfortable, but we’re a little too high for my 4’11” mother. However, the Murphy bed worked perfectly for her. The beach is easy to access with both stairs & a ramp. The condo was spotless when we arrived & the common areas are cleaned daily. Terry & Cathy were wonderful hosts - accessible & extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time & would definitely stay here again.

Superb!!

Everything was great! The condo was very bright, well-equipped, comfortable in a nice building with a heated pool and small exercise room. The owners (Cathy and Terry) were the absolute best!! They were great to work with and were very responsive and pleasant. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need, and the appliances were very good. Loved being on the first floor, especially with a dog. The half-bath was especially nice for guests, and both full baths were lovely. Double sinks in the main bath were especially convenient. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!!
