Welcome to Luxury ! Everything brand new! All the comforts of home await you in this comepletely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath Direct Oceanfront Condo! Located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores on the Traffic Free section of the beach.
Primary Bedroom has King Bed, Guest room has 2 Queens. Three flat screen televisions. Fully equipped state of the art kitchen.
Enjoy you morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony. In the evening, how about happy hour on the west balcony overlooking the River and the beautiful sun sets.!
Close to shopping, Waterfront restaurants, historic ponce inlet lighthouse, marine science center and more.

This popular family friendly oceanfront building is conveniently located approximately 1 mile south of the Port Orange bridge on the traffic free beach in Beautiful Daytona Beach Shores.
Amenities include spacious oceanfront balconies, heated oceanfront pool, BBQ grills, sauna, fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball court, card room, library and clubroom.Some units at the Shores club are pet friendly and this is a weekly minimum rental building. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
