Ocean-views from your floor to ceiling glass windows. Walk out to an outside courtyard that overlooks the pool & beach from your room. The courtyard is great to relaxin the lingers, eat at the picnic tables, or watch the summer fireworks over the ocean.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Return the parking pass

Wash and put away any appliances or dishes used

Put all dirty linen in the Tupperware bin in the bathroom. Leave the pillows and comforters on the bed(s)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Wash dishes/appliances and take trash to dumpster on level 1 of parking garage. We have never had bugs and do not want them.

Put all used linen in the bathtub before checking out. Towels for inside use only. Fees apply for lost/damage (stained) towels/linen

Wash sand off items and self before entering the room. Showers at the beach / pool entrance.
