The moment you walk into this beautiful, oceanfront unit at the Dimucci Twin Towers you'll begin to feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. This oceanfront condo boasts sophisticated décor while still providing a relaxing getaway. Escape reality in this spacious condo with unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Each bedroom in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with Smart TVs, new furniture, and a desk set up. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, Smart TV, and a private sliding glass door to the wraparound balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has an over-sized walk in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The shower has a low ledge, handheld adjustable shower head, and a built-in shower bench for those with accessability needs. This unique unit has not one, but two primary suites. The second primary suite boasts oceanfront views and contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains a queen bed with an ensuite full bathroom. This bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a handheld, adjustable shower head.

Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, plush furnishings. In addition to the living room, there is also a bay living room near the front door designed for pure relaxation. The bay living room includes two reclining easy chairs, a sofa, and a Smart TV. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has seating for six guests plus 4 bar stools. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean on the direct, oceanfront balcony. Decompress on your sprawling balcony while you listen to seagulls flying by, waves crashing into the shore, and feel the soft ocean breeze.

Dimucci Twin Towers boasts an oceanfront pool, hot tubs, and 2 gorgeous club rooms. The club rooms are designed for entertaining and are equipped with a bar, lounge, kitchen and pool table. The cutting edge health and fitness center allow you to exercise while surrounded by the peace of the ocean. The security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. There is a video doorbell at this property.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
