Premier 9th Floor End 3BR 3BA - No Drive Beach!

  • A very peaceful building without weekly turnover so if you are looking for a great long-term stay or long vacation, this is the place. There are no weekly rentals for this property.

    Located on a no-drive beach in a sought after building, yet close enough to walk to the pier for dinner. These 3 bedroom / 3 full bath units are great for families.

    The condo is on the 9th floor of the 10-story Blue Surf. The unit has a great open floor plan, new upgraded furniture, with incredible ocean views from almost every room.

    Incredible views North past Sunglow Pier and South to New Smyrna Beach.

    First floor garage parking space in covered parking deck.
