"The house exterior is in dire need of upkeep. Mold, and paint chipping and dry rotting is really everywhere. The outside of the house really needs a good power wash and the stairs leading up to the house needs sanding/painting.For the safety of upcoming guests, the steps off the sunroom onto the back deck should be marked. They are hard to see as the decking blends into the steps. We had a guest actually fall. Only one side of the garage can be used and only one car will fit on that side because of the parked golf cart.This made parking multiple cars a problem. Interior was great! Kitchen utensils could use a refresh as we couldn't find enough cooking satchels etc. Everything else was great"

"What a cozy, warm & relaxed getaway we enjoyed at Dad’s Lega Sea with our mini Bernedoodle. Perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us & room to spare! Loved the knotty pine floors& walls with screen doors that allowed the ocean breezes throughout the living area.Can see why so many special memories have been made here."
