The best hotel in New Delhi that I used to stay , decent and delicious breakfast served, friendly staffs and of course very pleasant and clean room. This hotel is close to train station and Metro. You can also request the counter to ask for auto and cab. It's only cost 100 rupieeh to travel to metro airport.

The hotel is in Paharganj almost facing NDRS. The neighborhood doesn’t seem safe at all. So much pollution too. Next time I’ll book in a better zone of Delhi. I really didn’t feel comfortable around.

What i liked the most at Bloomsroom were the people! The hotel manager and the staff were very kind and helpful. This hotel is one block away from the busiest train station in the country, so it's very very busy; but it's definitely a very Delhi experience.

Had a good stay for 2 nights. The room was small but had everything we needed. Only downside was the temple across the street that started playing music early in the morning, but I guess you can get that at most places.

Excellent customer service, the pay later (in-person) option was useful for us, our room was very clean and well maintained, staff was cordial and willing to help us upon request, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet - the food was very good and offered a decent variety of options, bottled water is provided, and coffee/tea stations in each floor, their room service menu is also very good - we enjoyed a delicious dinner on one of our nights. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great for our purposes. The manager was very kind and receptive and provided us with some travel options. We also booked our trips to Agra and Jaipur with them. Both trips over the course of two days were for the most part a positive experience - mainly due to our driver’s superb customer service and care (if you get Prem, you will not be disappointed). We preferred the tour guide that we got for Jaipur (Singh) - he was kind and patient (great photographer btw) and was willing to let us take in the experience rather than rushing us through it. Also, provided us with a wealth of information. The tour guide that we got for Agra was not very pleasant, the experience seemed kind of rushed - seemed like he was in a hurry and wanted us to skip everyone else which ended up upsetting other folks on the line for the Taj Mahal. Overall, we recommend this place. The manager is flexible and transparent about the process. He will draw up a contract with you. Our recommendation is to ask a lot of questions!

The staff at Bloomrooms are kind and helpful. If you are arriving or going anywhere from 4-6 on the traffic can be very difficult, avoid traveling to and from the hotel at that time.The transportation arranged via the hotel was also helpful and reliable

Clean property but noisy. Arrived at 3am, lots of noise outside on the street which continued all through the night and gradually got louder. Maybe there are quieter parts of the hotel, if so i suggest requesting this in advance!

This was a very clean and nice hotel a few steps away from New Delhi Station. Because of that, taxis and ubers take a while to get here due to the traffic in the vicinity. The staff and food at the place are great.

Good, clean hotel
It is a good hotel and very basic. Very clean, small rooms. It’s near a busy part of the city with a lot of traffic. Hot showers and comfy beds. Free coffee is a plus. More like a hostel. Some rooms don’t have desks or chairs or closets, just a bed, which is quite inconvenient, Otherwise, stay was okay.

Everything done right the first time
Although I had my doubts seeing the surroundings, this hotel is a bright flower in a weed patch. As soon as I walked in the lobby, I was uplifted by the bright yellow and white decor. This theme is carried out throughout the hotel, creating a cheerful surrounding whether in the main open lounge area or the rooms. It shouts "Clean!!!" The staff could not be nicer asking if there was anything else they could do for us. The adjoining restaurant where breakfast is served is also pleasant with a small, but tasty buffet and amiable staff. We returned here many nights for dinner as well. If one needs travel assistance, the travel desk is fully functional and willing to provide any service needed.

Absolutely Easy, Reliable, and Pleasant
I live in the larger NCR and rely on easy and comfortable Delhi accommodations periodically. I also, years ago, had a fair amount of backpacker experience. This place is perfect, clean, transparent, easy, and remarkably pleasant. It wouldauit everyone, from foreign backpackers to those living in India seeking a spot near a metro within walking distance of Connaught Place. Will definitely stay again!

Should not ask this hotel for the airport shuttle service. The hotel arrange a third party vendor for transportation, but my driver left me behind at the airport in Delhi.

After staying at bloomrooms @ Janpath I was looking forward to staying here. It is cheaper and over my stay it became clear why there is such a price difference. The room was clean but worn out, stuffy and smelled of cigarettes. Toilet paper was lacking. Mattress had a huge dip in one side. Room was small and dark. However, everything was very clean and neat, the outlets worked and there was a mirror and hangers. Most importantly the shower was hot and consistent with decent pressure. Not a nice neighborhood but.a decent budget hotel. Janpath branch is much nicer.

Hotel is great. Very clean even being in front to one of the busiest streets in Delhi. Staff are great and room service is good and affordable. I stayed in a room facing the street. I asked to change to any other room but the staff said the hotel was fully booked. If you want to stay in a nice hotel and face of the real Delhi is, this might be a good option. It can be a bit overwhelming due the location but that is it.

Fantastic budget hotel within a short walk of New Delhi Railway/Metro Station. Friendly, helpful staff. Great rooms. Very clean with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. The rooms open onto a beautiful courtyard. You feel like you're a world away from the chaos of the Paharganj neighbourhood.
