Fabulous Villa with Views
Just returned from a relaxing 11 days at this fabulous villa located on the Denia side of Monte Pego. Clean, modern and has everything you require for a great holiday. Spectacular views from the large terraced which accommodates a good sized pool, BBQ and seating area to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. Fully recommend this villa for a great holiday location.

Amazing views
A very enjoyable holiday. Peaceful, great views out to coast. Villa modern, comfortable and we'll equipped. Manager Tracie very friendly and helpful with plenty of local tips for getting about and eating out. Beaches close by with lovely sands and within easy reach of Denia, Javea, Oliva as well as Valencia and Benidorm although these are easier to go to by train. Highly recommended.

Great Villa with a lovely view
The villa is very clean and modern. Andrew the owner and Tracie who manages the property are both very helpful and flexible when I had to change flight times due to Easyjet cancelling. The villa is equipped with everything you need rather than just the bare minimum. There is a good variety of furniture on the terrace and the pool has a lovely view. I really can't fault the way it's run. Sadly for us we had noisy neighbours during our stay, but hopefully that's a one off. A car is a must for this location as you are up a fairly steep windy road, but the views are well worth it. We would stay here again if we was coming back to Denia.

Lovely villa 😍
We had a lovely 10 days at Kathleen Villa ever! Swimming pool was great 👍, sea view from villa was spectacular , location was easy to get there , very qiuet and relaxed , villa had everything what you need for the stay, I can highly recommend this villa for everyone who want a peaceful and quiet holiday 🌞.

Excellent property with a fantastic view. All was as expected: clean a quite well equipped. Living/dinning room area and swimming pool were particularly cozy and comfortable. The living room A/C was not working but the owner and management company organized the installation of a complete new one just in time for the hot days. Car is a must for this location. The area is one of the best in Spain for beaches, particularly if you like to go early in the morning. Beaches do not get really busy before noon. We were in July. Also important to be early in order to find a parking spot closer to the sea.

Casa Kathleen amazing!
We had a wonderful week at Casa Kathleen that went far too quickly. The villa has everything you could ask for and more. It fully lived up to the description online. The view over the mountains, the rice fields and the sea in the horizon is amazing. Before the holiday we were in contact with the owner via email. He quickly replied to our messages and was very friendly and helpful. We were met by the management company on arrival who showed us around and handed over the keys, they were very friendly and professional. There was also a generous welcome package waiting for us so we could enjoy the view on the terrace with a glass of wine the first evening, even though we arrived late - a great start of the holiday!

Having stayed in many villas over the years, in many places around Europe, this is one of the best. The villa was immaculate and the facilities available in the property were excellent. Everything we could need to make the stay great was there. Very peaceful relaxing week, I would never get tired of the view from the terrace. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax in the Marina Alta area of Spain then this place is a must. It’s in a great location for exploring the area and only an hour from Valencia, which is definitely worth a visit. I can’t recommend this villa highly enough.

Right from the start Andrew was quick with response so you had no worries at all, even email us when we got back about the refundable deposit.The villa has everything you need well equip kitchen comfortable lounge and clean through out. You do need a car to get out and about.The views from the patio are breathtaking. Pool was cold when you first get in but soon as you were in you didn’t, notice it.The only one fault we had was the ladder entering and exiting into the pool was in the deep end and having a non swimmer with us was a bit daunting to them.Overall good area to explore and to do some bird watching in a week 108 different species. Thank you Andrew for letting us rent your villa we would recommend your villa to who ever loves peace quiet and stunning views and a relaxing holiday. Stayed June 8th - 15th 2019

Great stay at Casa Kathleen!
Casa Kathleen was all that we’d hoped for and more! We received a very warm welcome from the property management team, including a generous welcome pack. The villa is beautifully presented & well- equipped; the pool area is a delightful space to enjoy the sun & the incredible views over rice fields to the sea, & the BBQ is ideal for outdoor dining in style! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this property.

Wonderful villa with outstanding views.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself wanted for nothing and the views are absolutely stunning, day and night. Andrew the owner was very quick to respond to any questions before and following our booking and Liz the villa manager was very helpful to us on arrival and gave us lots of tips for places to go. It is certainly a villa we would be happy to book again and would be happy to recommend to others.

Beautiful villa with amazing coastal views
We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at Casa Kathleen. The villa is very clean, comfortable and equipped with just about everything you need. Lovely pool and terrace area with fantastic views overlooking the coast. Andrew, the owner, is very helpful and responds very quickly to any queries, as was Liz, who manages the property in Spain. We had a couple of questions whilst we were staying here and she was very helpful. We spent some time relaxing at the villa and also visited nearby coastal towns and marinas, as well as a trip into the mountains. Our favourite place was Denia with its beautiful Marina and many bars and restaurants to choose from. Overall couldn't fault this villa. Comfortable beds, spacious lounge, well equipped kitchen, use of washing machine, outdoor BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs all topped off with fabulous October sunshine. Would highly recommend!

Kasa Kathleen was excellent on all levels. The outdoor living space and views were wonderful, positioned to enjoy the sun all day long. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The villa is great, equipped with everything we needed. Pool was warm & well maintained. Liz the local property manager was lovely, quick to respond to queries & really helpful. Swiss restaurant on Monte Pego is really nice but gets busy so it's worth booking in advance for the weekend. Plenty to do nearby & good supermarket only 10 mins away.

Excellent week chilling in the sun
Found the villa without any problems from the instructions given by Andrew the owner.. Arrived late at night so went straight to bed. Awoke to beautiful sunshine the next morning and discovered a very well presented and equiped villa with lovely views. We met Liz and Jasmin who provided us with useful information for getting around the area. We went to Carrefour which was only a short distance away to stock up with food for the week. Plenty of BBQ food and salad. The villa provided all we needed with a fully equiped kitchen, microwave, oven, freezer etc and spacious living area with computer, tv and DVD player. Outdoors the area is very private and not really over looked by any other villa. The pool was cold at first but was a welcome relief as it was so hot. We went into Denia one night for a meal at Republic (as recommended by Andrew)with a table over loking the harbour. Meal was lovely and reasonably priced however the taxi cost over £60 there and back.. Sun beds at the villa were very comfortable and the terrace /patio area provided the sun all day along through till about 9pm. Table and chairs in a more shaded area were nice for meal times. Had a very relaxing and chilled week away with all expectations being met. This is an excellent villa to unwind and spend quality time together. Would definitely recommend this villa and we hope to return in the future.

Amazing location and fully equipped vila
The location of the villa is absolutely perfect for a quite family holiday but with all the convenience of having Alicante, benidorm and Valencia all within an an hour to an hour and a half drive. There is everything you need in the villa. The views are outstanding, the pool is amazing. We spent a lot if the day out and about as there is so much to do in the area. But spending the evening sat pool side with a bottle or two of local wine is the perfect way to end every day!

Very nice and spacious. Could not access the washing machine [no key]. We would of like to of washed our beach towels. The location was not good for us. We like to wonder around but the hilly area prevented this. We had to use the hire car all the time. There were only two restaurants [only one open] on the complex...but again you had to drive UP to it. The owner made us smile as he told us he wanted to shut up when we were asking for another drink.... 10.45pm!

Great villa
We stayed for 12 nights in March. The villa is lovely, very neat, tidy and comfy. As the weather was cooler, we used the log burner most nights and it was great. It was also nice to have access to lots of TV channels, along with the DVD player (take your own DVDs) The villa has an amazing view, and in a lovely setting. The villas and area round about are all well maintained. The pool looked lovely but was too cool for us to use in March. It was nice to find basics already in place, such as dishwasher, cleaning items, salt and pepper etc. Little things but they do help. The owner Andrew was so helpful throughout our initial queries, booking and afterwards, and Liz who greeted us and is on hand, was also exceptionally helpful. The villa is in a great location for visiting other places along the coast. Its placed midway between to great wee towns for getting groceries etc and restaurants, only 10 mins to both towns. We also visited Denia 15 mins drive, Javea, Moraira, all lovely places to visit. We even went to to Benidorm for a visit. Overall this is a great property in a great location.

First impressions are everything and this villa has the wow factor........THAT VIEW
From arriving in Monte Pego and been greeted by Liz the property manager we felt very welcomed. Liz was helpful and very informative for local places to eat and drink etc and went out of her way to show us the best hot spots. If you want a place with a view and a great pool, this is for you. It is stunning. Very well maintained and clean with a brilliant pool which is maintained by Phil.....another nice chap. The villa is very spacious and light, with all of the gadgets you will need, great WIFI, a sat nav to use with places all ready programmed in and a bluetooth speaker for music. Local amenities are only a short drive away in Pego or El Verger and if you love markets, there is on just a few miles away on a Sunday. In Pego there is a restaurant called the Casino Bar which is superb. I would recommend this villa for anyone who loves peace a quiet, and stunning views and an owner who has thought of everything you may need.

Really great location and property
We spent 5 nights here at the beginning of September when the Costa Blanca sun was at its hottest (35+). We were grateful for the Air Conditioning! Upon arrival we were met by Liz who took us to the Villa. We spent most of our time outside and in the pool enjoying those amazing views. We have been to Denia on many occasions before, but this was our first time staying on Monte Pego and it won't be the last. Looking forward to returning soon.

Enjoyable, relax and practical villa with pool with breathtaking view
We've stayed many times in the Monte-Pego hills. Why ? You have your own private pool, from which you can have a view over the orange en lemon trees at the foot of the hills and the blue sea 3 miles/5km further in the background. There's a small refreshing breeze in the hills making the 30- and 40-something centigrade bearable. This was the best villa until now, as it was extremely practical. Everything you need as luxury during your stay was in a logic place. A bit more care was put into details like cutlery, plates,...things that make a difference as you use them every day. Everything worked and Liz, our local contact, was a gem. Thank you Andrew !

We didn't want to leave!
Casa Kathleen is every bit as good as the owner's description and photos suggest and is an ideal place to have a really relaxing holiday. As other reviewers have said, the views from the terrace are amazing. The siting of the villa means that the pool and terrace are in the sun all day long but there are also areas of shade should you want. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, even down to a sat nav to help you get around. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the furnishings throughout the villa as well as the outside area. The all important wifi signal was consistently strong both inside and by the pool. The representative from the management company called round to see us on our first day to check that everything was OK and she explained where the supermarkets and best restaurants in the area were. We did end up driving into Denia on most evenings where there are plenty of really good restaurants. The whole process from initial booking enquiry through to getting our damage deposit refunded was very straightforward without any hitches. Andrew the owner kept us well informed throughout. Monte Pego is a really nice urbanisation with some pretty amazing properties and at all times we felt very safe and secure. We were very sorry that our week came to an end so quickly. We thoroughly recommend Casa Kathleen to anyone wanting a stress-free, relaxing holiday in a lovely setting.

Den Bildern im Inserat nach war es schon ein Traum. Und nach Bezug des Hauses wurde man nicht enttäuscht. Es war recht neu, modern und sehr sauber. Wir waren erste mal in diesem Objekt, aber sind überzeugt, wiederzukommen.

Super Aussicht
Wir waren bereits zum 2.mal in dem sehr schönen Haus. Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern. Einfach Traumhaft. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wer Trubel sucht fährt mit dem Auto in 15min. nach Denia. Es fehlt an nichts, gibt jetzt sogar einen Gasgrill. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Weitblick
Wir haben im Mai knapp 2 Wochen in der Casa Kathleen verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der Verwalterin waren problemlos und unsere Fragen wurden rasch beantwortet. Bei der Ankunft gab uns zudem die Verwalterin zahlreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen, hierfür vielen Dank Tracie! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Es liegt mit toller Aussicht nur wenige Minuten von mehreren Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden und teilweise fast neu. An allen Fenstern sind hochschiebbare Moskitonetze, welche jedoch zur unserer Reisezeit nicht erforderlich waren. Eines der Highlights am Haus ist der Außenbereich, ausgestattet mit Terrassenmöbeln für 6 Personen, neuem Gas-BBQ und Blick über mehrere Küstenorte.

Brilliant stay in a fantastic Villa.
We had a phenomenal vacation in a fantastic Villa. We felt very comfortable all the time and the Villa has all needs for enjoying everything for relaxing at any single moment. The real impression of the house is minimum so perfect as the pictures and descriptions say - even better by the spectacular view from the terrace. Everything was fantastic from the first contact to Andrew, a lovely introduction contact with Tracie and a perfect area in and around the Villa. We will return.

Super Casa Kathleen
Als wir ankamen haben wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach nur schön. Es war alles genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Alles war total sauber und super gemütlich. Der Pool und die Außenanlage (Sicht auf das Meer) ist ein Traum. Es sind genügend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Wir haben überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Auch der Kontakt zu Tracey (von ihr haben wir die Schlüssel bekommen) und dem Vermieter Andrew hat super funktioniert und sie sind super nett. Wir sind einfach nur begeistert und werden es sicher wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir geben dem Haus auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne plus. Hasta luego!!

Sitio con una vistas privilegiadas
La casa perfecta, tal y como se anuncia, las fotos son fieles a como es la casa. Esta muy bien equipada y en perfecto estado. Tracy, la persona q nos recibió es encantadora, pendiente en todo momento de cualquier cosa q necesitásemos. Uno de los puntos fuertes de la casa son las vistas desde la terraza y la piscina….espectaculares. Aunque se necesita el coche si o si para ir a todos lados, playas, compras etc, todo está cerca, a 20 min de Denia, a 10 de els Poblet y con varios supermercados también cerca. Repetiremos sin duda alguna, recomendable al 100%

Todo a estado tan bien como esperaba y hemos disfrutado mucho de casa y localización,solo pongo un suspenso por colchones en alguna habitación,pero sin duda volvería a repetir.

La villa está en una urbanización muy tranquila. La casa estaba muy bien equipada, pero tengo que decir que en una de las habitaciones los dos colchones que hay son bastante incómodos porque te clavas los muelles. Las vistas son preciosas y los niños han disfrutado mucho en la piscina. Lo único que no me ha gustado mucho es que, al tener muy pegados a los vecinos, no tienes intimidad en la terraza ni en la piscina y continuamente teníamos que decirles a los niños que no chillaran cuando jugaban porque no queríamos molestar a los vecinos.

Bonito lugar y excelente atención
Lugar perfecto para el descanso familiar. Preciosas vistas desde la piscina. Mobiliario en perfecto estado y a una distancia corta de las mejores de la zona. Lo mejor de todo, en cualquier caso, la atención por parte de Andrew y de Nicky, siempre atentos y disponibles. Muy recomendable.

Schöne moderne Villa hoch oben in Monte Pego
Saubere, moderne Villa relativ hoch in Monte Pego. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit der Agentur, es wurde sofort reagiert und wir haben sogar extra Poolhandtücher bekommen. Fantastischer Ausblick über die Mittelmeerküste. Die Reisezeit Oktober hat viele vor und wenig Nachteile. Tolle Lufttemperaturen, Mittelmehr noch schön warm, Pool schon ein wenig frisch und leider ist auf der schönen Terrasse ab 17.30 keine Sonne mehr.

Magnifique vue
Belle maison avec piscine et vue sur mer. J'ai adoré la décoration intérieure. Monte Pego est une colline de maisons de vacances. Durant notre séjour l'environnement était calme. Tant mieux car nous sommes très proches les uns des autres. Il faut faire 5 à 10 km pour faire ses courses. La mer est à 10km. Elle est propre, les plages sont surveillées et non surpeuplées. Il faut voyager si on veut une ville plus animée Nous avons apprécié notre séjour qui répondait à nos attentes et à notre désir de calme. Grand merci à Nicky pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Excellent
The villa is great, spacious, comfortable and well decorated. You can find there everything you need. The terrace and the views are amazing, although we could not enjoy them due to bad weather. We want to come back!
