Delightful accommodation located a few metres from the lake, in a quiet and peaceful street. Two-room apartment on the ground floor with independent entrance from a private garden, equipped with a sun umbrella, table, chairs and deck chairs where you can relax.
It consists of a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, dining area with table for four. The bedroom is double and bright, with wardrobe and faces the back of the private garden, with a side view of the lake.
A bathroom with shower, hairdryer available.
Air conditioning, WI-FI and SMART TV.
It is also possible to use a private space to park your car inside the garden.
Close to the village centre where all the basic services are present; supermarket, pharmacy, bank.
The Dervio landing stage is a 5-minute walk away, the railway station is about 500 m away. The hospital is about 4 km away.
