Large single-family house "Villa Giulia", renovated in 2025. In the resort Dervio, 30 km from the centre of Lecco, 87 km from the centre of Milano, in the residential district, 350 m from the lake. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (above ground) angular (4 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 450 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station 600 m, ferry 900 m, grass beach "Dervio" 350 m. Sports harbour, surf school 350 m, children's playground 750 m. Nearby attractions: Torre di Orezia, Corenno Plinio, Orrido di Bellano, Bellaggio, Varenna. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Sankt Moritz, Bormio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Valvarrone, Sentiero del Viandante. Groups of teenagers on request only. After a change of ownership, the house will be renovated for the 2026 season and a new swimming pool will be installed.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir (8 Pers. 1 Kind + Hund) verbrachten eine schöne Woche. Umzäuntes großes Grundstück. Einkaufsläden und See in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Pool durfte leider nicht wegen des Wassermangels wegen der Trockenheit nicht benutzt werden. Erdgeschoss sollte einer Renovierung inkl. Fenster / Türen angepasst werden. 1. OG wurde bereits renoviert mit großer Terrasse.

Schönes großes Haus

An sich ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Deshalb auch sehr gut für Hunde. Leider sind die Matratzen total durch gelegen. Absolut nicht für Menschen mit Rückenbeschwerden zu empfehlen. Matratzen bitte dringend erneuern.!!!!! Sonst wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft mit dem typischen italienischen Flair

Das Haus war praktisch für uns 12 Personen (8EW und 4Kinder ). Massimo war behilflich in allen offenen Fragen.Der große Garten war perfekt. Auch drei parkende Autos störten nicht. Nähe zum See und zum Einkaufen waren sehr praktisch. Sehr schöne Ausglüge werden uns in Erinnerung bleiben. Die Gegend ist wunderhübsch.

schönes Haus

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene ein Kind 1,5 Jahre und 1 Hund komplett umzäuntes Grundstück mit großem Garten so das Hund und Kind spielen konnten, See und Restaurant, Bäcker und Geschäft gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Matratzen in der unteren Wohnung könnten ausgetauscht werden

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Das Haus ist schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Von innen könnte es so langsam mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Garten ist traumhaft und komplett eingezäunt, sodass man auch Hunde problemlos im Garten spielen lassen kann.

Schöner Urlaub am Comer See

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war recht nah am Wasser und die Kinder haben immer sehr viel Spaß gehabt, im Pool zu Baden. Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte sind auch gut zu erreichen. Wer Surfen will, ist hier genau richtig.

Liegt nah am See und Ort und m...

Liegt nah am See und Ort und man kann von dort aus gut zu Wanderungen aufbrechen. Im Ort gibt es auch Geschäfte und Restaurants für das Nötigste. Die Küche ist nicht so gut ausgestattet. Es gab zum Beispiel nur ein unzureichendes Küchenmesser und auch sonst ist es ein ziemliches Sammelsorium. Wer darauf wert legt sollte sich das nötigste von zu Hause mitbringen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, wobei wir da nicht so pingelig sind. Reisetipps: Sehr emfehlendwert sind die Wanderungen auf den Monte Legnone oder den Monte Muggio di Croce. Zudem ist ein Ausflug ins Tal nach Premana zu emfehlen, wo man auch sehr gute Messer kaufen kann. Im Ort ist eine gute Pizzeria direkt am Wasser und ein sehr gutes und nicht teuresFischrestaurantin der Altstadt.

Schönes Haus mit grossem Garte...

Schönes Haus mit grossem Garten, nahe am See. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche als Familie hier verbracht. Der sonnige Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Nur die Matratzen in der unteren Wohnung kommen langsam in die Jahre.

Villa GIulia e Villa Stefy sono 2 strutture bellissime. A pochi metri dal lago . Camere pulitissime e ordinate. Bagno grande e nuovo. Cordialità serietà e professionalità le fanno distinguere. Merita ritornare.
