The property boasts a spacious 400 square meter fenced area with a lawn and wildlife garden. Relax by the angular, heated swimming pool (7 x 3 meters, 130 cm depth) available seasonally from April 1st to October 30th. An outdoor shower and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener are provided.

Linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge upon request. Room cleaning services can also be arranged for an extra fee. The kitchen also features a dining table and an exit to the veranda. A bath, bidet, and WC are also located on this level. Heading upstairs, you'll find an open living/dining room with a TV and access to a balcony, as well as another double bedroom and an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The upper level also has a shower, bidet, and WC.
